No. We notify you of any material changes at least 14 days in advance through your account inbox. You can accept the new terms or request account closure if you disagree. Non-material updates (e.g., fixing typos) may take effect immediately.
Yes. Our terms require us to process deposits within 60 seconds and hold your balance in a segregated account. If a deposit fails, your money is refunded to your payment method within 24 hours. Withdrawal holds are only applied for verification or fraud checks.
You can file a dispute within 90 days of a transaction via the Disputes section of your account. We investigate within 7 days and either reverse the transaction or send you a detailed explanation. Your account balance is protected during the review.
These terms remain valid for as long as your account is active. Once you close your account, the terms governing your balance refund and data retention apply for 3 years after closure, where local law permits.
